  • Sweet & spicy Korean fried chicken, spring onion, sesame & kimchi butter

  • Honey soy Korean fried chicken, chilli maple cashews, spring onion & kimchi butter

  • Ferrero Rocher, hazelnut chocolate ganache, vanilla mascarpone, chocolate bark & hazelnut praline

  • Thick-cut pork belly bacon, sunny side up egg & Canadian maple syrup

  • Pepe Saya butter & Canadian maple syrup
